At Short Hairstyles AI, we strive to provide high-quality AI-generated hairstyle transformations. Due to the nature of our digital products and the immediate costs associated with generating AI images, we generally do not offer refunds once credits satisfy the following conditions:

  • The credits have been used to generate images.
  • The service has been successfully delivered.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may take place. Therefore, we honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Technical Errors: The AI generation process failed due to a technical error on our end, and no image was produced, yet credits were deducted.
  • Non-Delivery: You purchased credits but they were not added to your account balance.
  • Duplicate Charge: You were accidentally charged more than once for the same transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We generally do not grant refunds in the following situations:

  • You are unsatisfied with the aesthetic outcome of the AI generation (AI interpretation varies and is subjective).
  • You changed your mind after purchasing.
  • You purchased the wrong plan by mistake but have already used the credits.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase.

Please include:

  1. Your email address used for the account.
  2. The Order ID or Transaction ID.
  3. A detailed description of the issue (including screenshots of technical errors if applicable).

We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days.

5. Cancellations

For subscription plans (if applicable), you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time in the current billing period.
